Access & accessibility
Our commitment
Music belongs to everyone. Ronnie Scott’s is more than a stage - it’s a shared space, and every note should be accessible to all.
Step-free access
The Main Club is wheelchair accessible. From Frith Street, a wheelchair ramp provides access over the three steps at the entrance. Please let our front-door team know when you arrive if you need to use the ramp.
Once inside, there is step-free access to the club and the ground-floor seating area facing the stage. An accessible toilet is also available on the ground floor.
Please note that Upstairs at Ronnie’s is not wheelchair accessible.
Guide dogs
Our front-of-house team are trained to assist blind and visually impaired guests, and guide dogs are welcome at the club.
If there is anything we can do to make your visit easier, please let us know when booking or ahead of your visit.
Companion and carer tickets
We offer one complimentary companion ticket for guests who require someone to accompany them because of a disability.
To arrange a companion ticket, please contact our Box Office before your visit on 020 7439 0747 or at bookings@ronniescotts.co.uk.
